May is Mental Health Month

May is a time to recognize the importance of your mental and emotional well-being. While it’s normal for stress, anxiety, sleep problems, or low mood to come and go, take this month to check in with yourself and your dependents — ask how they’re coping, notice changes, and consider reaching out for support if needed. Support can include talking with a clinician, using the Starr Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or connecting with community mental health services. Let’s use May to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and make well-being a shared priority.
